By accessing or using stelrix.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new Effective Date.

The Site is for general information and pre‑launch waitlist purposes only. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and it does not constitute an offer, solicitation, or advertisement for credit or any financial product or service. Availability of any future products depends on eligibility, partner approvals, and applicable laws; final terms will appear in product‑specific agreements and disclosures.

Acceptable Use

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software on the Site are owned by Stelrix or its licensors and are protected by law. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Pre‑Release / Beta Information

Features and capabilities described on the Site may be concepts or in development. Timelines, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice. We are not obligated to update Site content to reflect later developments.

Third‑Party Links

The Site may include links to third‑party websites or resources. We do not control or endorse such sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. You access third‑party sites at your own risk.

Partners & Pre‑Launch Announcements

We collaborate with multiple partners (e.g., banks, brokerages, networks, service providers). Most partner relationships are intentionally confidential prior to launch and may be referenced only in generic terms until formal public announcements are made. No reference to a prospective or current partner on the Site should beconstrued as:

• ● An offer of products/services by or through that partner.

Official partner announcements will be made ahead of launch and may be updated as relationships evolve.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stelrix disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stelrix, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Site—even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed US $100.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stelrix and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law: Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute not subject to product‑specific terms.

Changes: Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site (or any part of it), or suspend/terminate your access, at any time and without notice or liability.
